Do you have an interest in the power of effective communication and writing? You may be studying to become an HR Professional or be interested in Business/Organizational Change Management? KWS Berlin GmbH is looking for a self-motivated, creative but detail-oriented Working Student - Communication and Organizational Change Management – Project Support (m/f/d) with approximately 20 hours/week for at least 10 months for our office in Berlin. If you like to be challenged with learning new things, work in collaboration with others but can work independently and flexible, we look forward to getting to know you!
Role Activities:
- Actively contribute to executing our communication strategy & our training strategy & get involved in other change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to our new HR system within our SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation Project
- Support the implementation of a comprehensive communication plan by writing newsletters, presentations, producing short videos, managing an intranet site, supporting events to keep stakeholders informed about the Employee Central Implementation Project, ensuring transparency and building awareness & engagement
- Assist in the production of training materials to ensure employees are well-equipped to navigate the new HR system
- Work alongside other Change Management team members in support of the other change initiatives as part of the overall Change Plan for the Project. The overall aim is to foster a positive and adaptable workplace culture
- Work with the wider project team to assist in administrative tasks related to the project including meeting outcome documentation & record management
- Act as a point of contact between the project team and employees, by supporting enquiries & providing guidance
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance communication effectiveness and streamline change management activities
Your profile:
- Currently pursuing a degree or other higher-level qualification, preferably in Communication, Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, or a related field
- Collaborative mindset with a strong willingness to work within a team-oriented environment
- Take initiative and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and contribute positively to change initiatives. Able to grasp complex concepts quickly and work independently to deliver accurate and timely results
