Your role in our team

We are looking for a Working Student (m/f/d) for theProject Management Office (PMO) in our HR Strategy and Innovation team. In your first few weeks, you will be involved in a project focused on sustainability & human rights. Mainly, you will support various global strategic projects focused on HR Strategy and Innovation while gaining hands-on experience in project management within a global Group, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge into practice.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring projects

• Support of the project team in the development and implementation of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting

• Preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope

• Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled as a student, preferably in a field related to business administration, human resources, or project management

• You have a high willingness to learn and a proactive attitude

• Your analytical skills help you to draw logical conclusions

• Your structured way of working makes you a talented organizer and time manager

• You are confident in using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• You are a team player with the ability to work independently and take on responsibility

• You have good communication skills, business fluency in both written and verbal German and English
