The Digital Empowerment unit of EDT reports directly into the Digital Board Resort and aims to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital upskilling and reskilling journeys. More specifically, we empower employees to embrace digital change through structured digital upskilling that provides the skillset, toolset and mindset to transform E.ON into an all-digital company. We do this by providing learning offers in key digital technologies (E.g. Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, Cyber Security, UX/UI design) and practices (E.g. Agile), as well as delivering a best-in-class learning experience to E.ON’s employees.
As the Learning Ecosystem Management (LEM), we're contributing to E.ON’s transformation into an all-digital company by building a comprehensive ecosystem at E.ON (E.g. Through platforms, digital empowerment communities, and third-party learning content & learning tool partnerships), offering varied and engaging development experiences to our employees. The Digital Empowerment Communities are an enabler in driving cross-functional, group-wide and international collaboration, by forming a community ecosystem, open for every employee, with currently over 5.000 community members around digital topics such as Application Development, Data & AI, Intelligent Automation, Digital Marketing & Sales and more
meaningful & challenging - Your tasks
- Support with the organisation and orchestration of our digital communities along critical digital technologies such as data, AI, process automation etc.
- Support in bringing virtual community formats and events to life, including design, promotion, invites, post-event surveys, additional follow-ups, and other logistical topics to run successful events
- Work closely with digital specialists from all over E.ON – internationally - and support them in designing, planning, and executing exciting virtual formats, helping their community flourish
- Collaborate with external partners and tech firms to align and carry out community formats in line with the internal community strategy and E.ON’s overall business strategy
- Manage the overarching community formats and event calendar and share regular updates (E.g. via newsletters) with the community members and those who want to become members
- Share your passion for our digital communities with E.ON employees through compelling content and narratives to create exciting learning experiences for everyone
authentic & ambitious - Your profile
- Enrolled student in the field of Business, Business Psychology, HR Management, Learning Management, or related fields of study. Experience in a management consulting and/or event management agencies would be a plus
- Professional experience using MS Office products (esp. Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as LXP/LMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills as well as solution and customer-oriented thinking, having proven experience in taking over (partial) project ownership would be a plus
- Affinity for digital topics (e.g., Data, AI, Process Automation, Cloud), digital transformation, and IT. Skilled in applying these topics within a community approach or environment
- Exposure to digital campaigning is a plus
- Mindset to complete tasks consciously, reliably, and end-to-end, with a high level of personal commitment
- Ability to work in a team but also deliver on commitments independently
- Business fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
