Job Description

• During your assignment you will support the central Portfolio Management and Product Management Team which is part of the Mobility Company Strategy Department.
• You will support us in the project "Product Management Excellence".
• You will assist the implementation of the Product Management Excellence System into the BBM organization (e.g., cooperation model, role definition, career paths, product management processes/methods/tools, competency management, etc.).
• Your job includes project communication.
• Furthermore, you will develop a global Product Manager Network.
• The project is part of the Market Driven Company program and offers high management attention as well as interfaces to divisons.

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in MS Office, Project Management, Communication and Product Management
• Personality and Working Practice: outgoing, creative, taking initiative and reliable
• Languages: good in English and in German

Start: February/March 2025
Duration: 6 months
