Department Description & Job Purpose
- We are looking for a Working Student/Intern to join our People Experience Germany team! In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR Business Partners. You will support the team with various topics and gain a broad insight into different HR processes.
- Key responsibilities
- Providing support with operational tasks and ad-hoc requests
- Managing employee requests and inquiries
- Collaborating with different teams on many HR topics including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Onboarding, etc.
- Assisting with various HR processes and ongoing projects
Key requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Law or similar
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, B2 level of German is a must
- Previous internship/working student experience is advantageous, but not a must
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously
- You can start immediately and are interested in a working student position for minimum 12 months (16-20h/week), or an internship for 6 to 12 months in full-time (38h/week)

Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a German university for the duration of the employment, or a gap year (for an internship).
