Your Role- You support bringing the Internal Communications strategy to life including implementing communication formats and preparing communication materials.
- You research and prepare content for internal channels ranging from short chat messages to blog articles to live formats in collaboration with other departments.
- You support creating and facilitating internal in-person events like the winter party or other get-together moments, as well as group-wide hybrid events.
- You work in close collaboration with the Internal Communications Expert, located in the Marketing & Communications Team.
- You have the chance to shape and develop your role depending on your strengths
and interests.
Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities and scope of role will range. We don’t care much about fancy titles, but rather about real personal and professional development, as laid out in our learning framework. Let’s figure together out how you can contribute to our team.
- You are currently a university student of relevant discipline e.g. Corporate communications or Communication management and have completed 4 semesters of your Bachelor Degree or are doing your Masters Degree.
- You are passionate about (internal) communications, events, culture, and people.
- You understand how to independently research and write texts for different target groups and communication formats.
- You are confident with the Google suite, Atlassian Confluence, and Slack.
- You have excellent English language skills in writing and speaking.
- You feel comfortable working from the office in Berlin regularly.
