WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGThis position is to be filled 100% on-site

• Assist with a variety of sales administration processes to ensure efficient workflows
• Maintain and continuously improve price records
• Contribute to enhancing and updating product information for accuracy and completeness
• Support in managing and optimizing API-based data sharing with customers
• Assist with order processing and tracking
• Communicate with internal departments to coordinate customer requirements
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Enrolled student in business administration or comparable field of studies
• Strong affinity for systems, data, and numbers
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently
• Structured and detail-oriented working style
• Team-oriented personality, enjoys working in an international and fast-paced environment
• Solid proficiency in Excel (advanced functions preferred)
• Excellent English skills
