The Region Overseas (MS/O) is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Customer Services in 179 markets worldwide – including Korea, the Middle East, Japan, Brazil, Australia, Turkey and South Africa.We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our dynamic and international team, which is responsible for implementing the Direct Sales Model and driving Online Sales across the Overseas region. This unique role combines the challenge of contributing to innovative sales business models with the excitement of driving markets towards our ambitious online sales targets.
These challenges await you:
- Assist in the project management of the Retail of the Future initiative and the implementation of direct sales models
- Aid in the organization and execution of multi-day workshops & conference along with the creation of a comprehensive training concept for dealers, including content and language review of training materials
- Develop and track product requirements in coordination with colleagues from other departments such as MxD, RCOC Singapore, and market-specific teams
- Establish and track meaningful KPIs for measuring eCommerce success, drawing conclusions for continuous product optimization
- Ensure a high degree of standardization and market-specific exchange, contributing to the creation of online sales concepts, operational management & quality checks of online stores
- Support the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint presentations and decision-making documents for operational and senior management meetings
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of high-level meetings, including minute-taking
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on sales, marketing, project management, eCommerce, big data management, or international business (bachelor's degree required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with knowledge of SharePoint and ThinkCell being beneficial
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills; German and additional languages are a plus
- Independent and structured work approach, with an understanding of complex processes and analytical thinking
- Goal-oriented, highly committed, with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Project management, sales, or marketing knowledge is advantageous, as is practical experience in the aforementioned areas and a strong affinity for the automotive sector
- Working Student should join the team for a duration of at least 5-6 months
