Working Student (m/f/d) Facility Management / Project Planning and Execution

Your Tasks

• You will provide support in the area of project planning and processing for building construction, special construction and technical building equipment
• You will be involved in the creation and preparation of tender documents and requests for quotations via the central purchasing department for various projects and sub-projects
• You will also create sketches and/or drawings for the trades to be supplied, e.g. for a plant or machine installation
• You will compare the as-built documents with the respective requirements and make any necessary adjustments
• In addition to sketches and drawings, your tasks may also include creating pipework plans
• You complete the documents with the corresponding accompanying texts for the tender and request for quotation based on the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
• You will carry out a technical and economic evaluation and pre-selection of the bids received
• You support the entire facility team in handling day-to-day business and coordinating contractors and service providers

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in the field of civil engineering, energy technology or a comparable specialisation 
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of standard CAD programmes (knowledge of AutoCAD an advantage)
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
• Ideally prior knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards (VOB, HOAI, BayBo, BGB and industrial construction guidelines)
