Your contribution: 

• You are going to preparecorporate documents, such as shareholder resolutions
• You are going to support in the preparation of board meetings 
• You are going to support in organizing shareholder meetings
• You are going to organize suppliers for shareholder meetings

What makes you stand out:

• Enrolled in law or similar classes at a German university/college
• Interested in the in-house legal work with a corporate focus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, in a well-structured manner, and with a high attention to detail and also with the appropriate level of confidentiality
• Fluent German and English skills written and spoken
