Intern/working student (m/f/d) Learning and Development

Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as intern/working student (f/m/d) learning and development. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

• Support the team setting up RFA‘s learning and development project
• Develop training material, modules, and courses designed to meet learning
needs and organizational objectives
• Create interactive and responsive e-learning content using LUMI
• Support the team in managing and maintaining RFA‘s LMS
• Support the onboarding process of new employees
• Update presentations and handbooks
• Schedule events, meetings and support in general HR office tasks (e.g. travel
costs, IT equipment)

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor or master study in communications, human
resources, business, work psychology, or related discipline
• Work experience in HR and learning topics desirable
• Experienced in using instructional applications, e-learning authoring tools,
and multimedia technologies (we will work with SCORM packages) is preferred
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design
methodologies, and training evaluation techniques
• Autonomous and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork
• Fluent English oral and written (all day-to-day activities are performed in
English)
