What you’ll do:
The Asset Management Offshore Wind team at Northland Power Europe focuses on the technical, commercial, and strategic optimization of operational offshore wind assets in Europe and also supports global offshore wind projects under development or construction. We are looking for a student who has a strong interest in renewables and in particular Offshore Wind. You will be supporting project manager(s) within our strategic asset management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and improvement of internal processes.
• Preparation of overviews, presentations and reports for authorities and internal processing.
• Coordination and implementation of regulatory requirements and related tasks.
• Coordination and follow-up of annual inspections and the associated documentation.
• Project management support for project managers of our running offshore assets.

Who you are:

• Hands On: Keen to get into the details and work within a defined scope of works.
• Learning Mindset: Interested in understanding how offshore wind farms and business processes work.
• Methodical and Organized: You are methodical by nature and enjoy the opportunity to structure and organize your work. This will help you manage competing priorities.
• Strong Communicator: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications and experience

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (renewable energies, engineering or similar).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Technical interest and a structured way of working
• Analytical thinking and working on your own initiative
• Fluent in German and English
