Working Student (f/m/d) Document Management Coordination

Support our Document Management team in Estenfeld with in maintaining the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) as a working student (20h/week).

With your daily efforts, you will help to ensure that clinical trials are conducted more quickly, enabling our customers to bring vital medicines to market faster.

Even if you have no experience in the world of clinical trials, we will be happy to show you the ropes!

What you will do:

• Review of documents

• translation of bilingual documents

• transferring documents into different templates

What we are looking for:

• Accurate working style - Especially for routine tasks

• Good knowledge of English and German will help you to communicate with our international colleagues

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Time flexibility to work 20 hours/week on 3 to 4 days at our Estenfeld site (possible working hours: daily between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.)

• Longer-term employment relationship over several semesters
