Key Responsibilities:
• Answering customer calls: provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via phone.
• Providing feedback: gather and relay customer feedback to the appropriate teams to help improve our services.
• Responding to new customer requests in ACE Sales Force: address new customer requests and ensure customers receive the necessary information and support.
• Assisting colleagues: support team members with various tasks, including data entry, information gathering, and administrative duties.
Your qualification

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Customer Service, Business Management and administration, etc.).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
