Für unseren Standort München suchen wir ab Februar einen Werkstudent (m/w/d)ViiV Healthcare im Bereich Medical Affairs.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt uns in zahlreichen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft:

• Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von medizinischen Fortbildungen

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen (digital und F2F)

• Erstellung/Review/Freigabe von diversen Printmaterialien / Power Point Slidedecks

• Support bei der Planung des Onboarding für Neustarter

• Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.

• Teilnahme an Team-Meetings / ggf. Protokollführung und Nachhalten von beschlossenen Actions

Dein Profil:

• Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), und hast Freude daran, Dich in eine naturwissenschaftlich-medizinisch breit angelegte Indikation einzuarbeiten und diese mit Deinen kreativen Ideen mitzugestalten.

• Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder Medizin haben einen gewissen Vorteil, wir sind aber ebenso offen für Bewerbungen aus anderen Fachrichtungen. Entscheidend ist eine nachweislich hohe Eigenmotivation, Dein Interesse für die Indikation HIV und die generelle Bereitschaft „mitzudenken“.

• Du hast Lust (Tagung, medizinische Fortbildungen etc.) bei der Organisation von Events zu unterstützen

• Du verfügst über routinierten Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen und bist digital affin

• Du hast im besten Fall Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

• Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation, kannst Teamarbeit auch im überwiegend virtuellen Arbeitsumfeld leben und bist bereit Dir auch pro-aktiv neue Herausforderungen jenseits von reinen Routinearbeiten zu suchen

• Du hast fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
