Your responsibilities

• As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will help us to leverage Uptime Delivery across the EMEA region
• You will support us in collecting and analyzing data to derive relevant KPIs for our uptime promise towards our customers
• You will generate reports for our relevant internal stakeholders
• As part of several projects related to our warehouse infrastructure, you will help us to support proper management of our loaner asset base
• You will be directly interacting with our country organizations to ensure timely provision of loan devices
• Additionally, you will secure compliance and efficiency by defining, implementing and documenting relevant internal loaner processes

Your qualification

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of Logistics, Business Informatics, Medical Engineering or similar subject
• You study in the Hamburg area and your course of study will last 12 more months (absolutely mandatory)
• You have the ability to come to the office in Hammerbrook twice a week
• You are enthusiastic about data analysis and deriving valuable insights from data
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel are part of your qualifications
• You Ideally have already gained first experience with applications like SAP (ERP/CRM) and Power BI
• Proficiency in English and German (at least Level B2)
• You also enjoy working in diverse teams
• You have a high degree of initiative and independence
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness complete your profile
