The Corporate Actions Operations team is responsible for managing corporate actions and ensuring seamless execution to support Trade Republic’s growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in daily corporate actions management and operational workflows.
• Supporting the design and optimization of scalable processes.
• Coordinating customer communications across stakeholders.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Legal.

• Working proficiency in English (German is a plus).
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in economics, finance, or related fields.
• Initial experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., startup, consulting, or investment banking).
• Interest in banking, finance, and capital markets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
