Your Tasks
- Contribute to the creation of a Customer Journey Blueprint for Region Europe markets and identify gaps and opportunities to further enhance and develop a seamless online to offline customer journey
- Co-create a Customer Journey Management Toolbox by leveraging market research, performance analysis, and best practice exchanges between Markets and Regions
- Assist in establishing and managing a collaboration model with headquarter and Region Europe markets to ensure alignment and efficiency
- Prepare presentation materials and assist in key meetings with Markets and Headquarter stakeholders, e.g. conferences, demand boards, regular performance calls
- Support to track requirements and developments within the eCommerce demand management process
- Deliver eCommerce performance analysis and reporting, translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Foster close cooperation and daily exchange with internal departments and European market teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives
- Collaborate with the team in day-to-day operations, offering proactive support across various initiatives
Academic:
- (International) studies in the field of Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering or a comparable course of study
Experience and specific knowledge:
- Ideally, you have experience in a digital environment and/or in the automotive industry
- You are proficient in working with teams across multifaceted functions, divisions and regions
- You demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- You apply a structured way of working
- You are motivated to work in a complex and fast-changing environment
- You are a collaborative team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- You are an open-minded and proactive person
- You are a quick learner who can work independently in a multi-cultural environment
- You have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- You are highly interested in digital innovation topics
Language skills:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are advantageous
