Our team is part of the new digital unit Mercedes-Benz digital, and your projects will take place in Marketing & Sales.

These are some of the challenges you will face:
- Supporting the project and innovation management of our Generative AI and Conversational AI solutions, including planning, implementation and monitoring
- Collaboration in the development of concepts and strategies for AI initiatives in the area of Marketing & Sales
- Supporting management in the areas of Generative AI, automation, Conversational AI and AI and data strategy
- Participation in the preparation of presentations, reports, processes and documentation
- Contributing to the testing and further development of our AI solutions
- Preparation and follow-up of workshops and meetings, including organization, recording and implementation
- Master's degree in economics, business informatics, business administration, international business management, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
- Fluent written and spoken English and a good command of German
- Experience with Scrum and/or other agile methods
- Expertise in the automotive industry and/or consulting is desirable
- Experience with innovation management techniques, including Design Sprint and Business Model Canvas an advantage
- Technical knowledge of cloud and AI applications and large language models is desirable, but not a must
- Commitment and ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
