This position offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the areas of communication and IT change management and to make a significant contribution to our company. As part of a dynamic team, you will work to improve internal communication and successfully shape change in the IT landscape. Your Tasks:

• You support the development and implementation of our internal communication. 
• You create content for various platforms such as Confluence, intranet, emails, presentations, videos, etc. 
• You maintaining and updating our knowledge content and FAQs on a regular basis 
• You will be involved in the creation and editing of AI videos for user training. 
• You support the measurement and evaluation of the success of our communication activities. 
• You will help with the organization and implementation of internal company events such as user training. 
• You prepare technical topics in the IT workplace/M365 environment.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the field of: (business) informatics, marketing, media informatics or a comparable qualification
• Great interest in digitization topics
• Enjoyment of technology and creativity in its application
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Desired Skills:

• Ideally initial experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams (communication and change management)
• Experience or interest in creating communication content for different platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
