|Your contribution
- Support in the ongoing succession planning activities (global process support, evaluation, etc.)
- Support in the implementation and evaluation of the annual performance management process
- Support in the revision of a globally standardized onboarding & offboarding process
- Support in day-to-day operations
- Takeover of own sub-projects
|Your strengths
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the fields of (business) psychology, sociology, social pedagogy or a comparable course of study
- Initial practical experience in the field of talent development / personnel development, for example through internships or working student activities
- Enthusiasm for talent development topics
- Enjoy conceptual tasks
- Openness, ability to work in a team and reliability Good MS Office skills
- Fluency in German and English
