Du sorgst dafür, dass Maschinen und Fertigungsanlagen betriebsbereit sind. Du ermittelst Störungsursachen, bestellst passende Ersatzteile oder fertigst diese selbst an und führst Reparaturen aus. Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Selbständiges Herstellen und Justieren von Produktionssystemen
• Werkzeug- und Vorrichtungsbau sowie deren Instandhaltung
• Überblick über die Fertigungstechnik mit Zerspanungsmaschinen sowie CNC-gesteuerten Produktionsmaschinen
• Aufbau pneumatischer Steuerungen
• Anwenden von Mess- und Prüftechnik nach vorgegebenen Qualitätsanforderungen
• CAD-gestützte technische Kommunikation

Dein Profil:

• Mittlere Reife, Fachhochschul- oder allgemeine Hochschulreife
• Interesse an den Fächern Mathematik und Physik
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Level)
• Begeisterung für technische Herausforderungen
• Hohes technisches Sachverständnis
• Freude an Teamprojekten
• Einsatzbereitschaft und Offenheit für Neues
