Deine Aufgaben: 

• Programming is your (future) passion: Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Softwareprogrammen und möchtest tiefere Einblicke in die IT-Welt und ihre Herausforderungen in Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Produktmanagement bekommen. Programmiersprachen wie C# und Java klingen für Dich spannend? Perfekt!
• Daily Business: Du unterstützt uns bei der Planung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Softwarelösungen und führst selbständig Dokumentationen und Qualitätssicherungen durch.
• Things will move forward with you: Während Deiner Ausbildung lernst Du verschiedene Softwareprodukte der Serrala-Gruppe kennen, wächst mit Deinen Aufgaben und wirst so nach und nach zum Spezialisten für Softwareentwicklung. Du willst in die IT-Branche eintauchen? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!
• One Team - One Dream: Von Anfang an bist Du ein wertvoller Teil unseres Teams und übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben, beißt Dich durch kleine Herausforderungen und zeigst uns proaktiv, dass Du IT in Deiner DNA hast. 

Dein Profil:

• Background: Du verfügst über eine Fachhochschul- oder Hochschulreife und erste praktische Erfahrungen, z.B. durch ein Schülerpraktikum im IT-Umfeld, sind von Vorteil: Auch Studienabbrecher sind willkommen.
• Passion for Software: Du bist eine ehrgeizige, kommunikative und smarte Person mit guten Computerkenntnissen, deren Herz höherschlägt, wenn es um knifflige Software/Hardware-, IT- und Netzwerk-Herausforderungen geht? Großartig!
• Hands - on Mentality: Deine Stärken liegen in der selbstständigen Bearbeitung von Aufgaben und Du scheust Dich nicht, Projekte lösungsorientiert in die Hand zu nehmen? Prima!
• Communication Skills: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch sowie auf Englisch? Yes, great !
