- Durchlaufen der verschiedenen Abteilungen gem. Ausbildungsplan
- Führen der Ausbildungsnachweise
- aktives Engagement beim Erlernen neuer Aufgaben und Fertigkeiten
- Besuch der Berufsschule

Mindestvoraussetzungen:
- guter Realschul- oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (Schulenglisch)
- gute Allgemeinbildung, Interesse an der Logistikbranche
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft
- Zuverlässigkeit, Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
