Deine Aufgaben:

• Du bedienst und überwachst Spritzgussmaschinen sowie die dazugehörige Automatisierung – dabei lernst Du, wie moderne Produktionsprozesse effizient gesteuert werden

• Bevor die Fertigung startet, machst Du Dich mit den Produktionsfreigaben vertraut und verstehst, welche Voraussetzungen für die Herstellung unserer Kunststoffteile erfüllt werden müssen

• Außerdem lernst Du die Eigenschaften und Anforderungen der eingesetzten Rohstoffe kennen, um sie fachgerecht zu verarbeiten

• Du unterstützt aktiv bei Wartungs- und Inspektionsarbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen beteiligt und erhältst dabei wertvolle Einblicke in die technische Instandhaltung

• Das Einrichten und Optimieren von Spritzgussmaschinen gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabenbereich – hier kommt es auf Präzision und technisches Verständnis an

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

• Du hast einen guten mittleren Schulabschluss (QA, M-Zug oder mittlere Reife)

• Zu Deinen Lieblingsfächern zählen Mathe, Physik und Chemie

• Du bringst handwerkliches Geschick und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen mit

• Du hast ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und begeisterst Dich für physikalische und technische Vorgänge

• Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist zuverlässig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
