As part of the job, project requirements and processes will be documented and optimized. Your tools for this will primarily be Confluence and Jira.
Your Tasks:
- You are responsible for mapping the project process landscape in Confluence.
- You work out the optimization potential of the processes in consultation with the process owners.
- You take care of the structural optimization of day-to-day work processes and procedures.
- You support the project management (organization of appointments, protocols, etc.).
- You create instructions and documentation.
Necessary Skills:
- Ongoing studies in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable course of study
- Good to very good knowledge of Office applications
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira an advantage
- Independence and analytical thinking
- Very good communication skills
