Augsburg: Working Student Talent Acquisition Human Resources (m/f/d)

We - MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg - are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• You will gain an in-depth insight into the areas of HR recruiting and HR business and support our team in supporting and recruiting employees, trainees, interns and working students
• You will be responsible for creating and placing attractive job advertisements to draw the attention of interested candidates to our vacancies
• You will review application documents, communicate with applicants, organise interviews and take part in pre-selection interviews
• You will be involved in the organisation and implementation of HR marketing measures such as training and university fairs in order to make us known to our target group as an interesting employer
• You will support our HR business partners in day-to-day operations, e.g. by preparing references, contracts, certificates and presentations

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in the field of economics, social sciences or a comparable degree programme 
• Ideally initial practical experience in the field of human resources
• Enjoy dealing with people, strong communication skills and empathy
• Confident handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SAP applications desirable
