For our Distribution Center in Hamburg-Moorfleet we are looking for you as a:

FACILITY ASSISTANT in Part-time / WORKING STUDENT in Facility Management(m/f/d)

WE DELIVER - YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY WITH US IS

• Supporting facility management in day-to-day operations
• Creation of documentation, presentations and reports
• Support in the area of facility management, e.g. requesting and supervising specialised companies for maintenance and repair work
• Support with current renovation and modernisation projects; e.g. preparing tenders, creating orders, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with budget targets and quality standards.

WE DREAM - YOU SHINE WITH IT

• You are currently studying with a focus on facility management or similar or you have an experience in Facility Management or similar roles for 1 year's experience in facility management, as a team assistant in a technical environment or similar
• Organisational talent and the ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously.
• Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
• Interest in facility management
