How you can support us:

• Process modeling with BPMN - Recording, visualization and optimization of business processes in the Groz-Beckert process house (Symbio)
• Implementation & further development - support in the structured integration of process models into existing company structures
• Analysis and documentation of pricing processes - Participation in the creation of best practices and guidelines
• Insights into pricing management - Understanding and comprehending pricing processes for new product types without direct involvement in the operational business
• Preparation of technical information - comprehensible and target group-oriented presentation of process-relevant documents and requirements
• Supporting the digital transformation - Accompanying measures to automate and increase efficiency

What you bring with you:

• Ongoing studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration, business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Interest in process modeling, company organization and digital business processes
• Initial contact with BPMN and/or process management tools (e.g. Symbio, MSVisio, ArisExpress) is an advantage
• Analytical and structured way of thinking as well as an independent way of working
• Confident handling of Excel & PowerPoint, preferably also with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Very good knowledge of German and English
