Working Student Regulatory Submissions non-EEA (f/m/d)

What you can expect

• You coordinate regulatory documentation activities
• You order regulatory administrative documents (e.g., GMP, ML)
• You assist in the preparation of documents for unregistered products (e.g., tender requests)
• You prepare regulatory letters for signing and legalization
• You maintain data in regulatory IT systems (e.g., document management system, database)
• You support the Team Leader in the preparation of presentations (e.g., for reporting purposes)
• You assist with the preparation of regulatory reports (e.g., new submission planning)

Who we are looking for

• You are currently enrolled in a scientific field of study
• You have project management capabilities
• You are able to work under your own responsibility
• You demonstrate team player qualities
• You possess very good communication and social skills
• You have a strong sense of responsibility
• You adopt a structured and result-oriented approach, including a problem-solving attitude
• You have a good command of English
